Another nice day. Another nice dinner last night (formal again). Some pictures of our dinner companions from Scotland and Canada.
We took some video of the gym (very well equipped).

Mom just came back from the gym exhausted. She did 5 miles in 65 minutes but her weight is up 2 pounds. No sugar today.
