day 84, at sea

 The big news today is HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ELLIE!! Hope you have a good one.

Thanks for your comment, Katie.Today we pass through a narrow strait into the Red Sea.
We went to a lecture by the Naval Commander who liaises with the war fleet and found out we are going much too fast and the sides of the ship are too high for pirates. Also, there are lookouts around the ship and help could be here within 30 minutes ( a helicopter gunship). So, it sounds pretty safe.
Will let you know when we are in the Red Sea.

Finally, after many weeks, we restarted exercising!

    Glad to hear you got through okay--and good for you to exercise again! I have yet to start. A beautiful sunny day here today though! How many Egypt tours did you decide to do in the end?
