day 68, Vietnam, more videos of Hong Kong

It is 5am. We are arriving in Vietnam this morning at 7am.
Susie, the play sounds like it was  a big hit. Congratulations. Your family was obviously a HUGE part of it. Hope we can see the video. You and the girls certainly did a fantastic job!! Thanks for sending the videos. We will watch them tonight when we get back from our tour.

We get to the Red Sea at the beginning of April. It seems amazing that we will be where Moses was.
We have satellite TV so we are getting a lot of news about Libya.

  1. I have been amazed at how many times you have been close to a natural disaster or similar! You really are seeing the world in all of its beauty and fallenness...

Caroline's foot is much better. We are looking forward to going to Aruba this Friday! Some friends of ours from here actually booked the same week at the Surf Club so they could join us, so that will be really fun. They have 3 kids the same age as Caroline, Ellen, and Teddy. Everyone is very excited.

The photos of Hong Kong are very cool. I've always wondered what it looked like. Mom, didn't you give me a book you'd read last year about Hong Kong during WW2, and also during the 1950s? I think it might have been called The Piano Teacher.

Can't wait to see you and hear all your adventures in person!!
